Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days, although processing times may vary depending on order volume. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. national postal holidays.
SHIPPING CARRIER
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our sole shipping carrier. All orders will be shipped using a USPS service, with tracking included.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY
Once we hand your package over to USPS, ownership and the risk of loss for your purchased goods are transferred to you, the buyer. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after we have shipped them.
If you have issues with a delivery, such as a lost or stolen package, please contact USPS directly to file a claim or locate your package. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues, including mis-delivery errors, or for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that occasionally, USPS may not scan packages immediately, so your tracking information may not update for a day or two.
A tracking status of "Acceptance Pending" or "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item" means your package has been dropped off at the post office and is awaiting its first scan. This is a normal part of the shipping process and does not indicate a problem with your order.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange for a new delivery. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your order.
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PACKAGE IS "DELIVERED" BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or your mail carrier.
- Contact your local post office.
- File a claim with USPS.
We are unable to confirm the delivery status on our end and are not responsible for stolen packages.
